Accommodation comprises two beautifully appointed houses offering a total of 13 rooms. The SOMA Main House features 10 deluxe rooms, each with a king bed, A/C and private ensuite. This is the heart of the property, with a pool, expansive seven-metre dining table for communal meals, shared living area, deck and fire pit where guests can gather. Five rooms overlook the forest, while the other five capture stunning hinterland sunset views, and booking SOMA grants you exclusive access to the entire property so you can truly feel at home.
Adjacent to the main house is Little SOMA, a three-bedroom retreat available as an optional add-on. It includes a full kitchen, generous living area and a tranquil deck nestled in bamboo. The bedrooms consist of a queen with private ensuite, plus a king (or two singles) and a queen that share a bathroom. The property also features an iconic geodesic yoga dome immersed in the forest, complete with mats, bolsters, meditation chairs, underfloor heating, sound system and bespoke interiors showcasing contemporary Australian art—further enhancing the sense of retreat, connection and ease.

Due to the demand for our space we have a 3 night minimum hire. Each booking has an additional cleaning fee of $980 (main house only) or $1480 if you choose to utilise Little SOMA as well.
