The SOMA Residence sets a sophisticated tone, with its spacious interiors, sweeping views and large communal dining space that is ideal for networking lunches, mingle sessions or elegant receptions. While the SOMA Home offers a more intimate environment for private meetings, smaller gatherings or intimate conversations. The iconic geodesic dome—surrounded by forest—creates a striking stage for mindful workshops, panel discussions or brand experiences anchored in wellness and creativity.

SOMA is being rejuvenated between January to September 2026.
- The colour scheme will be more neutral.
- Most artworks have been removed in favour of a more calm aesthetic.

- A photo shoot will take place in March or April.
- SOMA Home will be converted into a Day Spa.
- SOMA Home will be able to be used as a Workshop Space.
- An updated bathhouse and fully equipped fitness facility to be added.
