SOMA offers two beautifully designed houses with a total of 13 rooms, available exclusively when booking the property for photoshoots or filming. The Main House features 10 deluxe king rooms, expansive floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a striking industrial concrete entry, and communal spaces including a seven-metre dining table, pool, deck and fire pit—ideal for lifestyle, fashion or content-driven shoots. Little SOMA, a three-bedroom house with a full kitchen and bamboo-framed deck, can be added on for additional shoot locations, talent space or crew accommodation.
Set across 22 acres, SOMA provides an array of natural and architectural backdrops—from lush bamboo and lychee forests to sweeping Byron hinterland views. The iconic geodesic yoga dome, designer interiors, modern art, and varied landscapes allow brands to capture multiple aesthetics in one location. Whether producing stills, video or long-form content, SOMA offers a versatile, private and visually rich environment.
